NCC hosts first children’s conference on Praslin |17 October 2025

176 cases children-related cases from January to June

‘Your voice, your rights, your safety’ was the theme of a first inner islands children’s conference organised yesterday on Praslin by the National Council for Children.

The conference at the Baie Ste Anne Praslin’s community centre was attended by secondary students from Praslin, La Digue and the Vijay International Praslin Seychelles. The activity formed part of the National Council for Children’s (NCC) ongoing efforts to empower children to speak out on issues that affect them, while promoting awareness of their rights, responsibilities, and safety in today’s changing world.
