Cable & Wireless Seychelles confirms network interruption yesterday

 

Cable & Wireless Seychelles has confirmed that a brief network interruption occurred yesterday afternoon, temporarily affecting customers’ internet connectivity.

Seychelles NATION sought details from the company, which shared that upon identifying the issue, its teams immediately took action for service restoration.

“As a customer-centric organisation, our priority was ensuring that customers were promptly updated and that normal service was restored as quickly as possible,” it said in a press release.

“Services were reinstated shortly after, and network performance has since returned to normal.”

Cable & Wireless Seychelles said it remains fully committed to responding swiftly and transparently to any service interruptions to minimise inconvenience to its customers.
