In a powerful culmination of Hilton Seychelles’ culinary storytelling journey, the final edition of ‘6 Shefs, 12 hands’ took place at Hilton Northolme Resort & Spa last Friday evening in what was a soulful and spectacular three-hour dinner event.

This year’s event, which began on September 15, brought together six remarkable women chefs, each with her own journey, heritage, and creative spark, to craft a six-course menu celebrating sustainability, local flavour, and shared purpose.
