Minister Veronique Laporte undertakes two-day familiarisation visit to Praslin

The Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Véronique Laporte, conducted an intensive two-day familiarisation visit to Praslin on December 19 and 20, 2025, aimed at gaining first-hand insight into the operations, infrastructure, staff welfare, and future development plans of entities under her portfolio on the island.

The minister was accompanied by the principal secretary for the department of Land Transport, Patrick André; the principal secretary for the department of Ports and Civil Aviation, David Bianchi; and the executive director to the minister, Vanessa Marie.
