Young women aspiring to careers in business had the chance to learn from some of the country’s most inspiring female entrepreneurs during the Women in Business Forum 2026, held on Thursday morning at the Berjaya Beau Vallon Bay Resort & Casino.

Organised by the Enterprise Seychelles Agency (Esa) under the theme ‘Give to Gain’, the half-day forum brought together students from professional centres and tertiary institutions alongside established women entrepreneurs. The event formed part of activities commemorating International Women’s Day on March 8.

Among the distinguished guests were First Lady Veronique Herminie, Minister for Industry and Enterprise Geralda Desaubin, principal secretary Michael Nalletamby, and Esa’s chief executive, Dylis Cedras.
