Government confirms imminent arrival of Air Tanzania to Seychelles

The government has announced the imminent arrival of Air Tanzania, which it said would provide new connectivity to the rest of the world, following a decline in the number of daily flights travelling to Seychelles.

Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte has confirmed that the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) has given approval for Air Tanzania to fly to Seychelles. She was speaking at a press conference of the Emergency Cabinet Committee yesterday afternoon at State House, led by Vice President Sebastien Pillay.
