Seychelles hospitality sector explores ethical workforce partnership with Kenya

Louisianne Jacques, vice chairperson of the Seychelles Small Hotels and Establishments Association, recently responded to an invitation to represent the Seychelles private sector at a high-level hospitality forum hosted by the International Organisation for Migration.

The mission in Nairobi, Kenya focused on addressing youth unemployment and possible exchanges through ethical recruitment and structured migration pathways for win-win partnership.
