Minister Faure presents Youth Forum outcomes as rapporteur at OACPS Summit in Malabo

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Barry Faure, delivered an oral report in his capacity as rapporteur of the Youth Forum during the second and final day of the 11th Summit of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States.

The report presented key recommendations and commitments emerging from the Youth Forum held on March 26, 2026 under the theme ‘OACPS Youth Compact: Jobs, Resilience, Action’.
