Nathalie Duval earns PhD from Hiroshima University, set to strengthen Seychelles’ education system
Dr Nathalie Regina Duval has reached a major academic milestone, receiving her Doctor of Philosophy at a formal degree conferment ceremony for the International Education Development Programme, Graduate School of Humanities and Social Sciences at Hiroshima University, in Japan.
This momentous occasion saw four doctoral students and 18 masters’ students awarded their degrees. Programme director, Prof. Shimizu encouraged the graduates to keep taking on challenges throughout their lives, a sentiment Dr Duval clearly embodies as she looks towards the future of her home country.
