Tourism department hosts skills development session for small operators

Employees from small tourism establishments on Praslin took part in a targeted skills development session organised by the tourism department, aimed at strengthening service standards across the sector.

As part of its ongoing efforts to raise service standards and elevate the guest experience, the tourism department is collaborating with leading hotels to tap into the expertise of both visiting and in-house hospitality professionals.
