La Digue says goodbye to a true island icon

Seychelles NATION tried to get in touch with a few close friends on La Digue who could share a word or two on the late hotelier, Marston St Ange, who passed away yesterday.

One of the names provided by his brother Ambassador Alain St Ange was Robert Pool, their nephew and friend, who spoke fondly of his uncle. Mr Pool described his uncle as a deeply humble man who loved his island and its people.
