Ministry seals labour market pact with private sector |02 May 2026

In a decisive step to address pressing labour market challenges such as youth unemployment and informal work, the Ministry of Employment and Human Resource Planning has signed a memorandum of understanding with eight private sector organisations.

The ceremonial signing took place on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Independence House, officiated by principal secretary Susan Morel. The participating organisations included IVO Build Limited, Cheval Blanc Seychelles, Canopy by Hilton, Mango House, Marilla Seychelles, Story Seychelles, Gift Hub, and Gardens Hill Resort and Spa.
