Rovers handed semifinal place over Anse Réunion fielding suspended player
Despite suffering a 5-1 loss to Anse Réunion in the quarterfinals of the Seychelles Football Federation Cup, Rovers will progress to the semifinals after the result was overturned to a win in their favour due to the La Digue side fielding a suspended player.
In the match played at the La Digue sports complex on Saturday April 18, 2026, Absa Premier League side Anse Reunion had showed their superior league status by defeating Championship side Rovers 5-1.
