Patient Solidarity kicks off first workshop of nationwide nutrition project
Twenty-nine women, ranging in age from 25 to 75, gathered at the Ceps conference room on Saturday for the first of 14 workshops organised by Patient Solidarity, as part of a nationwide project aimed at reducing obesity and promoting healthy lifestyles.
The initiative seeks to equip women with practical knowledge and skills in savvy shopping and healthy cooking, empowering them to make informed dietary choices for themselves and their families.
Leading the first session, Sarah Romain and Juane Freminot delivered an excellent presentation on the basics and essentials of healthy nutrition, earning praise from participants for their clear and engaging communication style.
