Minister Faure addressing the Ministerial Meeting on United Nations Security Council Reform and the Use of the Veto
The Minister for Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora, Barry Faure, addressed the Ministerial Meeting on United Nations Security Council Reform and the Use of the Veto, convened on the margins of the Africa Forward Summit.
In his intervention, Minister Faure commended France and Kenya for convening the dialogue and stressed that reform of the United Nations Security Council is both urgent and necessary in order to preserve the credibility and effectiveness of the multilateral system.
