Greece’s new ambassador presents credentials

George Psiachas, ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to the Republic of Seychelles, yesterday presented his credentials to President Patrick Herminie at State House.

Speaking to the national media after his meeting with the President, Ambassador Psiachas expressed his commitment to further strengthening and expanding the longstanding relations between Seychelles and Greece.

He noted that discussions with President Herminie focused on the brotherly ties the two nations have maintained since Seychelles gained independence, as well as their enduring diplomatic relations centred on shared interests such as the Blue Economy.
