Seychelles pioneers triple test to protect mothers and babies
The Ministry of Health has officially launched the Determine Antenatal Care (ANC) Panel, a WHO-recommended diagnostic tool that screens for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B in a single test. This milestone strengthens Seychelles’ programme to prevent mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT) and supports the country’s commitment to achieving the World Health Organisation’s Triple Elimination targets.
