Nature Seychelles strengthens wetland partnerships

Nature Seychelles yesterday marked the closing of its ‘Wetlands of Hope’ project with a ceremony at Canopy by Hilton Seychelles Resort.

Launched in 2024, the initiative – formally titled ‘Improving Climate Adaptation and Environmental Governance through Local People and Co-Management in Seychelles’ – was implemented by Nature Seychelles in partnership with the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Energy, and Natural Resources, with funding from the European Commission.
