“Fifty years in the life of a nation is both a brief moment and a lifetime. For Seychelles, these five decades have been a journey of discovery – not only of who we are as a people, but of the friendships that have accompanied us along the way.

“The Seychelles Russia Ex-USSR Friendship Association joins our nation in marking this historic milestone, and extends its warmest congratulations to every Seychellois at home and abroad. This anniversary is a time for gratitude – for the progress we have made, for the resilience we have shown, and for the relationships that have enriched our national story.
