FTC CEO presents 2025 annual report to Speaker Ernesta

The chief executive of the Fair Trading Commission (FTC), Frederika Poussou, on Friday presented the commission’s annual report for the year 2025 to the Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon. Azarel Ernesta. This was done in accordance with Section 32 of the Fair Trading Commission Act, 2022.

During the meeting, Mrs Poussou provided an overview of the report and shared general remarks on its contents.

Hon. Ernesta expressed appreciation to Mrs Poussou and her team for their efforts in preparing and presenting the report.

Discussions also focused on strengthening collaboration between the FTC and the National Assembly, with the aim of fostering greater understanding of the commission’s work and operations.

The Speaker indicated her readiness to host a dedicated session with FTC officials and members of the Assembly to further this engagement.

In closing, Hon. Ernesta thanked the CEO for the meeting and extended best wishes to her and her team for continued success in their work.
