Local artist Tania De Commarmond, better known by her stage name Taniah, is set to represent Seychelles internationally with a four-show tour in Mauritius on July 31 and August 1. Invited by a Mauritian organisation, she will perform before local audiences across the island.
In an interview with Seychelles NATION, Taniah confirmed she will deliver four performances over the two-day tour. The first will be a live show with her band at La Cannelle, followed by playback shows at various venues.
She described the opportunity as a great honour. “It is an honour for me to perform in Mauritius as a Seychellois artist. I am always impressed by how much the Mauritian audience enjoys my music, especially my older songs. They show the same energy as Seychellois fans, and sometimes even more,” she said.
