New Russian ambassador pledges to strengthen Seychelles–Russia cooperation
The newly accredited ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Seychelles, Mr. Kirill Gennadievich Sokolov‑Shcherbachev, has pledged to build on the strong foundation laid by his predecessor and further strengthen cooperation between Seychelles and Russia across a range of sectors.
Ambassador Sokolov‑Shcherbachev presented his credentials to President Patrick Herminie at State House yesterday, describing the occasion as a great honour and noting that he had a fruitful discussion with both the President and Vice‑President.
