Seychelles Nurses and Midwives Council marks a century of professional regulation

The Seychelles Nurses and Midwives Council yesterday commemorated 100 years of professional nursing and midwifery registration in Seychelles with the opening of a centenary exhibition, the unveiling of a new council logo, and recognition of past and present registrars whose contributions have shaped the profession.
Held under the theme ‘A Centenary of Professional Pride: Nurses and Midwives Safeguarding the Public’, the ceremony was attended by First Lady Veronique Herminie, Minister for Health Dr Marvin Fanny, members of the council, healthcare professionals, and invited guests.
