Indian chefs share culinary expertise with STA students

A special culinary masterclass aimed at strengthening Seychelles’ tourism industry readiness for the growing Indian market was held yesterday at the Seychelles Tourism Academy (STA), La Misère, bringing together students, visiting Indian chefs, and tourism stakeholders.

Organised by the Tourism Department in collaboration with the Indian High Commission in Seychelles, the initiative focused on enhancing the authenticity, quality, and diversity of vegetarian Indian cuisine available across the destination.
