• Stakeholders briefed on new digital platform
The Agency for Social Protection (ASP) brought together key stakeholders for a meeting yesterday on the new ASP Connect system, a digital platform designed to strengthen the delivery of social protection services in Seychelles.
The stakeholder engagement meeting, held at the International Conference Centre Seychelles (ICCS), provided an opportunity for government agencies, business partners, corporate beneficiaries and other organisations to learn more about the system, its functions and their respective roles in its implementation.
ASP chief executive Roma Edmond explained that development of ASP Connect began in 2022 following a recommendation from the World Bank.
