New courier services to handle Shein parcels
The Postal Sector Regulator has announced the launch of a new courier company, Celero Seychelles, on August 23, 2026 to handle inbound parcels from Shein, AliExpress, and Avamex. This will later be followed by Emelia Seychelles, a South Korean courier company that will manage parcels from MailAmericas, a cross-border e-commerce logistics operator based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The announcement was made yesterday by chief executive Neddy Padayachy during a press conference at the Trade Department, Maison Esplanade.
