Muccia earn valuable point as Mavericks open campaign with victory
Muccia FC made a positive start to the Seychelles Football Federation Championship League, earning a valuable point from a thrilling 2-2 draw against Northern Dynamo FC as the 2026-2027 season got under way.
Muccia, who earned automatic promotion from League One, showed fighting spirit after falling two goals behind before recovering to secure a share of the points.
Meanwhile, Mavericks FC, who finished third in the 2025-2026 League One season, opened their campaign with a narrow 1-0 victory over Baie Lazare FC to collect their first three points.
