SRC and SCRA address Starlink clearance delays

The Seychelles Revenue Commission (SRC) and the Seychelles Communications Regulatory Authority (SCRA) have issued a joint statement in response to delays experienced by members of the public in clearing consignments ordered from Starlink.

Both agencies confirmed they are working closely with Starlink and its shipping agent to review processes and resolve the underlying challenges as swiftly as possible.

Interim measures have been introduced to assist clients and expedite the clearance of pending consignments.

The SRC and SCRA expressed sincere thanks to customers for their patience, understanding, and continued support during this period, and reassured the public that the delays will be resolved at the earliest opportunity.
