South African jazz star Karén Devroop sprinkles stardust on Seychelles' moonlit ‘Jazz Bouquet’

Against a clear Seychelles night, with a half-moon above and the lights of Beau Vallon Bay twinkling below, South African saxophonist Karén Devroop brought international jazz stardust to Jazz Bouquet at Gardens Hill Resort & Spa on Saturday.

The concert unfolded on the rooftop patio at the resort's high hilltop location, an open-air space overlooking the ocean and well suited to concerts and other sunset and evening cultural events. An audience of around 80 people gathered for the evening and warmly applauded the concert's bouquet of jazz, blues, soul, funk and popular music.
