PEMC gets new board

President Patrick Herminie has announced the appointment of the Public Enterprise Monitoring Commission Board (PEMC).

The appointment is made in accordance with Section 9 and Section 13 of the Public Enterprise Commission Act, 2023.

The full composition of the PEMC board is as follows: Jennifer Morel (chairperson), Andrew Germain (vice-chairperson), Darney Barbe, Chiara Culteri, Emmanuel Etienne, Gracy Arissol, Fatime Kante and Maryana Labonte (members).

The appointment takes effect on September 1, 2026 for a 5-year period.
