Seychelles and ISA strengthen cooperation on solar PV and renewable energy development
Seychelles reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening cooperation with the International Solar Alliance (ISA) during a bilateral meeting between the Minister for Environment, Climate, Energy & Natural Resources, Marie-May Jeremie, and the director general of ISA, Ashish Khanna, held on the margins of the 8th Meeting of the ISA Regional Committee for Africa.
The meeting, held at the Elephant Hills Resort in Victoria Falls, provided an opportunity to discuss Seychelles’ renewable energy priorities and explore ways to further strengthen its partnership with ISA in support of the country’s transition towards greater adoption of solar photovoltaic (PV) technologies.
