Grand Anse Praslin teachers take learning beyond the classroom
Despite the rainy weather, 31 team members from Grand Anse Praslin primary school, including the head teacher, teaching and support staff, travelled to Mahé on Thursday for an educational visit combining professional learning, cross-curricular teaching and team building.
The initiative, coordinated by Maths, Science and Social Studies coordinator Desmond Bouchereau, was designed to give teachers first-hand experience of places and landmarks that can later be used to enrich classroom lessons.
