Government moves ahead with Port Victoria project and Air Seychelles XLR strategy

The Minister for Transport, Ports & Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte, delivered a statement before the National Assembly yesterday morning to give key updates on Air Seychelles and the ports.

She addressed the project relating to the rehabilitation and expansion of Port Victoria, and the new terminal operator.

The minister also spoke about the situation at Air Seychelles and the XLR aircraft, which forms part of the national carrier’s long-term strategy.
