From pizza to charters: Shaila Cafrine’s expanding business journey

From selling pizzas and gadgets to running a holiday villa and launching a charter company, Shaila Cafrine’s entrepreneurial path has spanned several industries, with each venture shaping the businesswoman she is today.

Her journey began with Pizza Plus in 2010, followed by E Gadget in 2013, and later F&S Import, F&S Design and Build, and La Mer Pizzeria. The experience gained through those ventures eventually led her into tourism, where she and her husband, Franco, established Treasure Villa on Praslin in 2022. Their latest venture, La Mer Charters, has now taken the family’s business journey from land to sea.
