Local artisans shine at NACC 35th anniversary fair

A three-day crafts fair was launched yesterday morning at the Carrefour des Arts Gallery to commemorate the 35th anniversary of the National Arts and Crafts Council of Seychelles (NACC).

The fair provides local artisans with an opportunity to showcase their work and talents to the public, while giving visitors the chance to purchase locally made products directly from the creators.

NACC executive director Jimmy Savy said the fair was an opportunity to highlight the range of artists and artisans the council works with.
