DPA pushes ahead with HRMS rollout
The Department of Public Administration (DPA), in collaboration with consultancy firm FreeBalance, is advancing preparations for the full implementation of the government's Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
As part of the initiative, a dedicated FreeBalance team will visit Seychelles this month to facilitate a comprehensive programme focused on change management and communication ahead of the system’s rollout across government.
