Commissioner Hermitte strengthens regional policing ties in Rwanda

Commissioner of Police Godfra Hermitte is currently on an official visit to Rwanda, actively engaging in initiatives to strengthen regional policing cooperation and capacity building.

As part of his mission, the Commissioner yesterday participated in the graduation ceremony of Rwanda’s first-ever Cadet Officers Course – a milestone in police training and development. Nine officers from the Seychelles Police Force were among the graduates. Today, another group of specialised officers will graduate in a separate field, further enhancing the technical capabilities of the force.
