A heartwarming exchange at State House

In collaboration with the Office of the First Lady of Seychelles, President Patrick Herminie welcomed a group of elderly citizens to State House yesterday for a warm and meaningful exchange.

The visit formed part of ongoing efforts to support and engage senior citizens, building on initiatives such as the recent Free Eye Screening Camp organised under the theme ‘Partnering for Nation Building’.

During the meeting, the elderly visitors shared their reflections, experiences and well wishes with the President, who reaffirmed the importance of recognising and valuing the contributions of Seychelles' senior citizens to national development.
