The third term began on a high note for students of Beau Vallon primary and secondary, as Minister for Education & Human Resource Development David Pierre paid a special visit to the two schools yesterday morning.
Warmly welcomed by students and teachers, the minister delivered a serious message: if Beau Vallon is to become a school of excellence, discipline and respect must form the foundation of school life. He was accompanied by a high-level delegation from his ministry.
At Beau Vallon primary, Minister Pierre joined a special assembly attended by class prefects, the head boy and head girl, the school council chairperson and members of the school management.
