The president highlighted examples of Seychellois professionals living abroad who have committed to donating their expertise and time to help in the development of Seychelles, hence he made a special appeal to the diaspora in Brussels to follow suit for the betterment of Seychelles.

We all have a patriotic duty to help push our country forward,” said President Ramkalawan.

The meeting with the head of state was an opportunity for the members present to discuss how the Seychelles diaspora can contribute and play a greater role in the development of Seychelles.

The president shared with them his aspirations for Seychelles and the progress made since assuming office.
