The Speaker of the Seychelles National Assembly and President of the SADC Parliamentary Forum (SADC PF), Honourable Roger Mancienne, led a delegation to the 56th Plenary Assembly, which took place in Livingstone, Zambia from December 8 to 15, 2024.
