Spain 4-2 Chile - Group C

Spain recovered from their defeat against Senegal and smashed Chile 4-2.

Soleiman Batis and Kuman combined brilliantly to guide Spain to a well-earned victory over Chile at the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup™.

Spain struck first with a display of fluid, attacking football, capped off by Batis after a slick one-two with Kuman. Chile quickly responded through Diego San Martin, who continued his strong tournament form by beating goalkeeper Pablo Lopez to head home the equaliser.

Spain hit back immediately, with Chiky blasting in off the kick-off to reclaim the lead. Kuman then reacted quickest to a rebound in front of goal, slotting in Spain’s third. Batis added his second of the match with a crisp right-footed strike, before Chile’s Matias Araya managed a late consolation goal in the final second.

The win keeps Spain’s hopes alive as they continue their campaign in Seychelles.
