High Commissioner-designate of Rwanda pays courtesy call on Minister Radegonde

The High Commissioner-designate of the Republic of Rwanda, General Patrick Nyamvumba, paid a courtesy call on the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Tourism, Sylvestre Radegonde, at Maison Quéau de Quinssy, yesterday.

Discussions between the two diplomats focused on strengthening bilateral ties between Seychelles and Rwanda. They expressed satisfaction with the implementation of the five memoranda of understanding (MoU) and one agreement signed during the State Visit of President Paul Kagame in 2023.
