‘You need to have a purpose in life’

“This is magic!” I told my friend Margaret. I had taken a sip of this drink she had just handed me. I could not explain the flavour but all I knew was that it was something I had never tasted before. If you were in a bad mood, this cocktail would have surely lifted up your spirit.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is how I met Jones Anacoura, the man behind this magic!

This mixologist has become a star at events both on Praslin and Mahé, his stall is always an attraction because he does not just give you the best cocktails and mocktails, but his showmanship is unmatched. The way he shakes and blends is just a captivating performance; I would say, an art!
