CBS building to be demolished

The Central Bank of Seychelles building will be demolished to make way for a brand-new headquarters. This decision was taken after serious structural issues were identified in the current building, which has stood since December 1983.

The Central Bank of Seychelles (CBS) thus announced the cancellation of its exterior wall renovation project and the decision to reconstruct a new main Central Bank building.
