President Herminie conducts first official visit to UniSey
Seychelles President, Dr Patrick Herminie, conducted his first official visit to the University of Seychelles yesterday morning.
The aim was for him to gain a better insight into the university’s role, functions, and future plans.
Upon his arrival, he was welcomed by the vice-chancellor, Joëlle Perreau, and the university’s council vice-chairperson, Antoine Anezime, before being led to meet and greet the other council members and staff. This was followed by a souvenir photo before the President held a private discussion with the executive and council members of the University of Seychelles (UniSey). Present were two representatives of the students’ council.
