President Herminie receives SG Andre Ciseau of PMAESA
The secretary general of the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa, Colonel Andre Ciseau, paid a courtesy call on President Patrick Herminie at State House yesterday morning, where discussions focused on maritime cooperation, port development and Seychelles’ role within regional port organisations.
During the meeting, Mr Ciseau shared insights into his work. He highlighted Seychelles’ growing standing within the organisation and its representation at senior level. “It is a really important association and Seychelles has climbed up within this organisation until I reached the rank of secretary general. Currently on our board, Seychelles is represented as the First Vice-Chair of the association,” Mr Ciseau said.
