High-achieving students from both public and private schools who scored outstanding results in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education last year were awarded during a ceremony held at State House yesterday afternoon.

This initiative is organised by the Office of the President in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development. Each student received a certificate and a tablet from the Office of the President.

Three students among the 21 received their certificates from President Patrick Herminie. They were Slok Vithani from the International School Seychelles with nine A*, Selvesh Senthil from the same school, with six A* and 2 As, and Jasmine Constant from the Independent School Seychelles with five A* and five As. To continue reading, please click here to subscribe to Seychelles NATION’s e copy
