Minister Veronique Laporte visits Ashok Leyland headquarters in India

The Minister for Transport, Ports and Civil Aviation, Veronique Laporte, undertook a technical and fact‑finding mission to the Ashok Leyland Headquarters in Chennai, India, on Wednesday, February 4, 2026.

She was accompanied by the chairman of the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC), Andy Moncherry, and the company’s chief executive, Geffy Zialor.
