Transitioning from secondary school to professional life is rarely straightforward. For Amina Leon, the journey came with its share of challenges.

Speaking to Seychelles NATION, she reflects on this pivotal period in her life, her perseverance, and the achievements that followed.

Eighteen-year-old Amina, an only child, prefers solitude. She began her secondary education in 2019 at Anse Boileau school, consistently following an academic path throughout her studies. However, her perspective shifted after the loss of her father, presenting one of her first significant challenges.
